Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

A wide round shoulder supports the bearing's outer race, and a deep central well clears the inner race boss. On the assembly table, store spare bearings by size, with the outer race lying on a ring ledge and room at the bore for gripping and the boss; outer diameter and shoulder width are adjustable.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. One-piece, no hardware. The bearing outer race drops onto the shoulder from above; check bearing size against its actual shape; not an assembly press.
  2. Units are millimeters; matching parts use files generated in the same export. Set clearance by your items' maximum size and leave room to take them in and out.
  3. Check orientation and supports before printing, and test-print key mating parts first.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
