04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. The perforated tray's center fits over the one-piece axle; once it drops onto the shoulder it turns by hand and lifts straight off. Each lid pocket has a through drain hole; no screws needed.
  2. Set the cap pocket diameter by actual outer diameter; 0.5 mm single-side clearance at the pivot. No anti-separation latch; test-print to check rotation resistance and stability first.
  3. Units are millimeters. Measure clearance from your actual items first; check slicing before printing and test-fit the key mating parts.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
