04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Brush handle ends must be wider than the drain holes; measure handle and toothpaste widths first; no electric toothbrush charging structure.
  2. Empty and dry the drip tray promptly; leak-proofing and hygiene performance have not been verified.
  3. All required parts are in the download; no purchased screws, shafts or glued parts. Display colors are only for covers and previews; STL/STEP manufacturing files carry no color.
  4. Place each part on the build plate separately before printing, and check hole-top bridges and supports in the slicer; no slicing, physical test print, load, leak-proofing or food-contact verification has been done.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
