Real comments on the original site noted that insufficient width, crowded accessories and missing real measurements cause mismatches. This model uses its own interchangeable twin-support insert, two limit shoulders inside the lid and a button clearance frame, parameterizing button position and item envelope; a separate low-opening locating compartment for accessories keeps a finger path. All 5 parts, including the two lift-and-turn double-eared pins, are printed; nothing must be bought. Only suits measured housings that are flat top and bottom within the two support straps and roughly rounded-rectangular overall; not for round handles, bent handles or side buttons. Remove the lid first, then grip the body; once empty, the whole insert comes out for cleaning; no charging, sealing or transport reliability certification. Six color pairs: navy/warm coral, pine green/cream, grape purple/mint, haze blue/mustard, terracotta/sand apricot, graphite/lime.

Ranges are set by this model's structure; each combination must pass the studio's structure checks; matching parts update with the parameters.

1. For small electric trimmer housings that are cleaned, fully dry and flat top and bottom within the two support straps; body nearly rectangular or rounded rectangular, buttons up. Measure the real length, width, thickness, minimum flat shoulder width within both straps, and button shape/position; compatibility with any brand or model is not promised. Not for round handles, bent handles, side buttons, or straps with internal contacts or vents.
2. Current body reference envelope 150 × 36 × 22 mm, top and bottom flat shoulders ≥ 28 mm wide; button offset 0, length 24, width 18, raised 3 mm. The constant-section rounded rectangle is only a use test envelope, not a measured real device outline.
3. Two 10 mm lower support / upper limit shoulders centered at X = −21 / 21 mm; each 26 mm wide, 4 mm outside the button zone. 0.6 mm clearance at the body sides/ends and 0.6 mm nominal at the upper limit shoulders; the lower edge of the button frame inside the lid is 3 mm from the button top, with 6.80 mm clear between the lid bottom and the button top. Pressure relief is a nominal geometric relationship, not transport/crush certification.
4. Reference envelope of the protective accessory 60 × 26 × 16 mm; the base box's separate compartment is 50.80 mm clear wide, and the low rail leaves the top 8 mm of the accessory exposed for gripping. Holds only bits with protective covers or complete closed boxes; bare blades are not suitable; no charging, electrical, draining or sealing function.
5. Full printed BOM (5 parts, all in the downloaded STL/STEP): 1 hard-shell base box, 1 interchangeable twin-support body insert, 1 button-clearance frame/twin limit shoulder lid and 2 lift-and-turn double-eared pins. No required purchases; the dedicated lift-and-turn pins print with the package, with no metal screws, axles, nuts, magnets, springs or glue.
6. Each printed pin has a Ø8 × 12 mm root, lower double ears 10.4 × 3 × 2 mm, top cross key 18 × 6 × 0.6 mm and grip head Ø20 × 3 mm; lid hole Ø9.2 + Y entrance 3.8 × 11.2 mm. Current actual pin insertion depth 9.60 mm, blind bottom allowance 1.40 mm; the outer rim of the grip head seats on the lid first; the pin tip does not press the blind bottom. Root hole Ø8.7 mm; turning chamber Ø11.4 mm, 1.2 mm above the closed ear tops; to release, lift 0.8 mm first. Rotation is blocked once the cross key drops into the 18.8 × 6.8 × 0.8 mm shallow lid slot (0.2 mm nominal clearance at the slot bottom); top lip solid thickness 4.40 mm. Before use, check that the cross keys of both pins are seated; when removed they are loose parts to keep safe; test-print the printed pins first; they are not purchased screws; check transport loosening before use.
7. Installation: drop the insert straight into the empty base box (insert bottom on the floor, 0.4 mm nominal allowance per side at the locating rails) → lower the body button-up onto the twin shoulders, protective accessory in its own compartment → line the two lid shoulders up with the button-free flats and close the lid straight down → drop both pins from above with the double ears along Y to 0.8 mm above the closed position → turn 90° clockwise until the ears/cross key run along X → lower 0.8 mm so the cross key drops into its slot and the grip head sits on the lid. Operated by hand by the grip heads; no purchased tools needed; do not scale the whole package or mix other insert/lid sets.
8. To use: lift each grip 0.8 mm, turn 90° counterclockwise until the double ears run along Y, then pull both pins fully out at least 12 mm; with both pins removed, lift the whole lid straight off and set it aside; grip the button-free sides of the upper body along Y to lift straight up; the protective accessory can be gripped and lifted separately, and neighboring items stay put. With all items removed, lift the insert straight up by its side top edges to clean or replace it. Closing must not rely on the lid pressing buttons or forcing in items of the wrong size.
9. Closed outer envelope 230 × 124 × 48 mm including the two 3 mm grip heads; the open position is not counted. Preview colors do not change the manufacturing files; six suggested pairs: navy/warm coral, pine green/cream, grape purple/mint, haze blue/mustard, terracotta/sand apricot, graphite/lime.
10. Manufacturing files are separate solids in millimeters at Z0; base box/insert bottom on the bed, the lid flipped in the slicer so its top is on the bed, and the pin grip heads on the bed; check overhangs, holes, entrance/turning chamber and cross key tolerances; the reference source's support-free claim cannot be applied here. Check slicing before printing; before use, test-fit and check strength, drops, transport loosening and protection against accidental touches.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
