04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. One-piece box, printed flat on its base; the ruler head goes into the wide cavity and the bar into the long slot; lift from the finger pockets on both sides.
  2. Size the clear cavity from the actual outline including the knob and jaws, with allowance; not a calibration, locking or drop protection box.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
