04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. With the paper box bottom fully opened, insert it from above down to the step; enter the sleeve opening from the paper box outer size, with 0.4 mm per side. Supply your own paper box and capsules.
  2. Capsules line up neatly in the paper box with their axes front to back; measure maximum outer diameter and total axial length; not for random filling or any brand size.
  3. Hold the paper box, gently lift the bottom capsule about 3.2 mm, then take it forward; a 3 mm lip stops items sliding straight out; automatic one-by-one dispensing is not promised.
  4. Base plate down; check supports for the bridge above the pick-up opening when slicing. Test-print to check paper box friction/deformation, odd-shaped capsules, full-box stability and real use first.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
