Desk-Clamp Lift-Off Divided Box model preview, default size 140 × 136 × 108 mm, 6 parts
6 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

Under-desk beams, skirts, rounded or beveled edges need measuring separately; scaling cannot replace a proper fit.

Tighten lightly to position only; do not use tools to add force.

A twin-screw clamp seat is generated from desk thickness and clamp depth, with independently adjustable columns and rows inside. Six printed parts including the threaded rods and protective pads; lift the box out of the T-slot without removing the clamp seat each time. Clamping, load-bearing and print fit still need verifying with real items.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. All six parts are printed, including two clamping rods and two protective pads; no screws need to be bought. The front of the box is open cells, with the desk board behind the clamp seat.
  2. First screw the two threaded rods in from under the clamp seat without tightening. Push the clamp seat onto the desk edge horizontally, with the upper arm against the desktop; place the protective pads recess down on the threaded rod tips, then tighten the two rods alternately and lightly until the pads touch the desk underside.
  3. The protective pad is removable and has no clips; support it by hand when loosening the screws so it does not fall. Tighten lightly to position only; do not use tools to add force.
  4. After fitting the clamp seat, insert the two T-keys on the back of the box from above at the same time until they rest on the slot bottoms. To take out a box, empty it first, lift it straight up at least 39 mm, then move it forward; leave enough room above to take it out.
  5. Only suits desk boards that are flat top and bottom with enough edge clearance; the desk board is not included in the print files. Under-desk beams, skirts, rounded or beveled edges need measuring separately; scaling cannot replace a proper fit.
  6. Test-print to check the 0.35 mm nominal thread clearance and 0.4 mm T-slot clearance first. Before use, check clamping force, load-bearing, layer strength, creep, slip resistance and desk marks; test-fit empty first, then try it with light small items.
  7. Box bottom down with the screw axes vertical; the clamp seat lies on its side to check layer direction and supports; slice the protective pad with the recesses up.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
