Overhang Blister Pack Tray model preview, default size 240 × 130 × 28 mm, 1 part
1 partSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

Bulges face down, with the flat edge resting on the shoulders; measure the actual complete package first; comparing outer box sizes alone is not enough.

Complete blister packs are hard to identify when stacked, and the bulges take up height. Original design with positioned edge supports and a sunken central clear cavity, so the flat edges are supported instead of pressing on the bulges; the front finger notch helps with picking items up. It only handles packaging organization.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 1 complete printed part, a one-piece tray; no assembly hardware or glue needed. Each position holds one complete original package, keeping the label and expiry date visible.
  2. Each position's top opening is 76 × 124 mm; recommended flat blister edge outline 74 × 122 mm; each flat edge must span the 4 mm ledge. Do not force undersized or oversized blister packs in or cut off the original package information.
  3. Recommended bulge projection no more than 66 × 114 mm, protruding downward no more than 20 mm. Bulges face down, with the flat edge resting on the shoulders; measure the actual complete package first; comparing outer box sizes alone is not enough.
  4. A 22 mm front finger notch lets you lift the flat rim from below, then take the whole plate out from the top. Each position is accessed independently and needs clearance above; do not stack several boards pressing on a bulge.
  5. This product only organizes complete original packaging, does not touch loose medication, and is not a child-safe box or medication reminder; medicines must still be stored as their original packaging requires.
  6. Print flat base down; open above the shoulders. Check slicing and test-print before printing, test-fit with your actual packaging, and first check burrs and the integrity of the support edges.
  7. Default soft purple, with cream, haze blue or light apricot options; colors do not indicate the order of taking medication.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
