04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. The four walls use 1.75 mm filament as hinge pins: first align the short wall with the base holes, then insert through the holes left in the long-side base; the long walls go in last.
  2. Supply 2 filament pins of 140 mm for the short walls and 2 of 180 mm for the long walls; hole diameter 2.3 mm, pin ends flush with the outer edge. No axle end lock; check that the pins are secure before use.
  3. Unfold the long walls, then the short walls; drop the four corner sleeves in from above, then put in the divided insert. Corner sleeves bridge neighboring wall panels with no snap fits; do not turn it upside down or carry it by the corner sleeves.
  4. Empty the box and remove the divided insert and four corner sleeves before folding; fold the two short walls first, then the two long walls. The folded preview lays removed parts on the right; they are not stored in the box.
  5. Choose the insert's clear cell size and effective depth for your items; with the insert off, its columns, rows and height do not affect the model structure. There are gaps at the hinges and wall joints; without an insert it only suits items that will not fall through the gaps.
  6. The base tray moves horizontally; no sealing, automatic locking, compatibility with similar models or stacking load is claimed. Folded height is for the body only, excluding the removed insert and corner sleeves.
  7. Exported in the display pose with each part's lowest point at 0; when slicing, put the large outer face of the wall plates and the top face of the corner sleeves on the bed. Check supports for the hole bridges/axle seat overhangs.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
