04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. The frame's nose bridge rests on the middle bridge rest, with folded temples toward the rear slot; space is left on both sides of the lenses, with a side compartment for the lens cloth.
  2. Measure bridge width, bridge height and temple thickness on your actual glasses frame; try it to confirm the lenses hang free and the lid does not press the frame; you can add your own soft pad.
  3. The lift-off lid has no latch or seal; print the lid face down; test-print to check the real fit and surface protection first.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
