Lift-Out Tube Folding Umbrella Drip Stand model preview, default size 140 × 130 × 190 mm, 2 parts
2 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

Empty rack outer envelope 140 × 130 × 190 mm, excluding the umbrella and lifting height; for umbrellas that are too tall or heavy, do not judge stability by diameter alone.

Umbrella tip support depth: 162.5 mm

Based on community folding umbrella holder needs for returning and airing umbrellas, compared with how household umbrella stands with removable drip trays are really used. Original design with a wide basin, a liftable four-foot tube, crossed ribs raising the umbrella tip and a four-way drainage locating ring, avoiding water pooling deep inside a closed long tube. Check against the umbrella's maximum diameter and height; real-item stability has not been verified.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 2 printed parts in the set: 1 wide drip basin and 1 vented tube with feet. No required purchased hardware, glue or custom machined parts; both parts use the same set of parameters.
  2. For short folding umbrellas up to 58 mm in diameter when folded, standing upright; tube inner diameter 62 mm, 2 mm on each side. The umbrella tip rests on crossed ribs 27.5 mm above the outer base, with an insertion depth of 162.5 mm in the tube.
  3. Close the umbrella fabric and shake off most of the water, then put it in tip down from the top; hold the basin and lift the umbrella straight up to take it. Wrap the umbrella strap and keep it inside the tube, not hanging by the window. Only for short folding umbrellas; not for long umbrellas, walking sticks or load-bearing support.
  4. During assembly the tube feet drop from the top into the four-segment locating ring with 0.5 mm radial clearance, and the four curved feet touch the basin floor. No latch; grip the complete upper ring to lift it straight out; take out the umbrella before lifting the tube, emptying the basin and washing.
  5. Four 5 mm diameter drain holes in the tube bottom; crossed ribs raise the umbrella tip 2 mm; the tube bottom is 0.5 mm above the basin rim. Side windows ventilate, and the locating ring and tube feet each have four 12 mm drainage openings; empty the water promptly; check actual leak resistance and drainage speed before use.
  6. The basin's clear water depth is 19 mm, not counting the tube feet; this is not a capacity promise. Empty rack outer envelope 140 × 130 × 190 mm, excluding the umbrella and lifting height; for umbrellas that are too tall or heavy, do not judge stability by diameter alone.
  7. Basin bottom down; with the tube feet down, the round bottom and upper ring overhang; check supports when slicing and clear them through the side windows. Support-free printing is not promised. Before use, test-print to check leak resistance, load, tip resistance and long-term tolerance of heat and moisture.
  8. Optional haze blue tube with a warm white basin, ochre tube with a light sand basin, or gray-green tube with a misty purple basin; the existing preview uses the template's main color.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
