Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

Blind hex pockets keep nuts from rolling together, with a round finger notch on one side of each pocket. On a repair desk, nuts are laid out by batch, with hex pockets set by the across-flats size; round finger notches help lift with tweezers or fingertips, with a separate front slot for loose parts.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. One-piece, no hardware. The hex pockets are for storage positioning, not a wrench or locking fixture; add allowance to the measured across-flats size.
  2. Units are millimeters; matching parts use files generated in the same export. Set clearance by your items' maximum size and leave room to take them in and out.
  3. Check orientation and supports before printing, and test-print key mating parts first.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
