Open-Front Two-Shoe Rack model preview, default size 150 × 238 × 132 mm, 2 parts
2 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

Check large parts against your printer's usable build volume; not every size is promised to fit a 256 mm bed.

All parts must be generated with the same parameters and not scaled individually.

Shoe soles must not rest only over the finger notch; the software reference envelope needs at least 60% of the sole's projected area supported.

Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

Based on real shoe cabinet space and sole separation needs from the Bambu Lab community, with an original upright vented lower rack and a four-post located lift-off upper tray; third-party tilted shapes, pull rings or CAD are not reused. Adjust to the actual shoe envelope and cabinet clearance; outer height excludes the shoes placed in it.

Lower level straight-through clearance
126 × 233.8 × 107.6 mm
Upper tray surface above the desk
116 mm (add the upper shoe height inside the cabinet)
Front finger notch
44 × 32 mm
Printed assembly
2 parts, located by four guide posts, upper tray lifts out, no mounting hardware to buy
Real-item status
Not sliced/test-printed; load-bearing and fit await verification
Default solid volume
About 610 cm³ (check in your slicer)

Listed part dimensions are outer bounds; usable interior space is given in this model's specifications.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Complete printed parts: 1 full-floor four-shoulder vented lower rack and 1 upper tray/rear stop with locating blind holes, 2 in total; the four guide posts are printed in one piece, with no purchased assembly hardware or custom metal parts.
  2. For one pair of dry indoor shoes, stored upper and lower. With the rack empty and level, line up the four blind holes with the lower rack's guide posts and lower it straight onto the wide bottom shoulders; posts only locate; wide shoulders carry the load. Take both shoes off first, then lift the whole upper tray straight up to wipe the lower compartment. Do not move the whole rack by lifting only the upper tray; locating is not locking.
  3. Lower compartment conservative straight-through clear width 126, depth 233.8, height 107.6 mm; for real shoes, subtract the room needed to take them; fit is not inferred from shoe size or brand. No front bar; slide each shoe forward first; a front center finger notch on the upper tray makes the soles easy to reach. Lower-level shoes longer than the clear depth or taller than the clear height are not suitable.
  4. In front of the upper level's rear stop the usable depth is 233.8 mm, the clear width between the two rear side stops is 141.6 mm, and the front finger notch is 44 × 32 mm. Shoe soles must not rest only over the finger notch; the software reference envelope needs at least 60% of the sole's projected area supported. Hold the lower rack when taking a shoe so the other one does not fall.
  5. The page's outer size of 150 × 238 × 132 mm is the empty rack envelope, excluding shoes. Upper tray surface 116 mm above the desk; total clear height inside the cabinet must add the measured height of the upper whole shoe plus access allowance, and leave room in front to pull the whole shoe out.
  6. Four Ø6 × 2 mm posts, Ø6.7 × 2.35 mm blind holes; 0.35 mm radial and hole bottom clearance each, with 1.85 mm of solid material above the hole. All parts must be generated with the same parameters and not scaled individually.
  7. Print the lower rack base down; choose orientation and supports for the upper tray according to the stop lip/blind hole direction; confirm the side window sloped top, blind holes and upper tray warping when slicing. Check large parts against your printer's usable build volume; not every size is promised to fit a 256 mm bed.
  8. Slicing, test prints, real fit, load-bearing, tip resistance and long-term creep are verified separately. Not a stool, step, wet shoe drip pan or portable closed shoe box; no load rating is given.
  9. Colors: cream frame/lake blue rest, off-white frame/sage rest, warm gray frame/copper rest, light sand frame/misty purple rest; colors do not change size or add designs.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
