01 / SPECIFICATIONS

Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

A shared-wall double compartment is generated from real cutlery head width, straight handle width and head length, so not every slot is enlarged to the widest spoon. The finger openings at both ends line up with the wide heads; bent handles, raised rings and actual spoon bowls need measuring separately; universal fit for any cutlery or food contact safety is not promised.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Two sets of dry cutlery lie flat with heads and handles reversed; maximum head width 46 mm, straight handle width 14 mm, head length ≤ 66 mm, overall length ≤ 230 mm. Measure actual bent handles, bumps and spoon bowl height separately.
  2. Front and back each have a 49.0 mm wide head zone and a 32.0 mm narrow zone, with a folded shared wall in the middle; compartment floors are the same height; items go in and out from above and must not be forced diagonally along the boundary.
  3. Two finger openings sit outside the wide heads, each 28 mm clear; an 8 mm edge wall is kept below. Leave at least 2 mm above the measured stack height; do not infer how many cutlery sets fit from the tray height.
  4. One-piece, base down, with no assembly hardware, lid or latch. Only for storing dry, clean cutlery in horizontal drawers/on desks; not for blade cut protection, spill-proof transport or sealing.
  5. Preview colors are for reference only; it can be printed in a single color. Check slicing before printing; before use, check actual access, hygiene and the suitability of food contact materials; test-fit with your actual cutlery and check the printing material before use.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
