Perimeter Roller Jar Carousel model preview, default size 240 × 264 × 54 mm, 11 parts
11 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

The current M5 ear seat inner distance is 7.80 mm; the two printed spacers only touch the bearing inner race faces, and the outer race and both seal faces must not be clamped; the inner race shoulder needs measuring on the 625 you buy; the maker's d1 is about 8.4 / da at least 7.4 mm.

Real MakerWorld reviews raised that rear jars were hard to reach, full glass jars were hard to turn, and a parts list was needed. This model's original four-point standard bearing support and printed post shoulder retention scale bottle cup size and grip spacing from measurements. The trays need a full circular footprint and cannot replace the original's narrow multi-wheel deep cabinet; rolling geometry does not mean verified friction reduction under load, stability or reliable load-bearing.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 11 printed parts: 1 fixed base/one-piece Ø20 guide post, 1 rotating cup tray, 1 Ø32 × 5 retaining cap and 8 × 625 inner race spacers (outer Ø7.8 / hole Ø5.4 / 1.40 mm thick). All dedicated parts are included in the package; no cut metal axles, glue or separately made liners.
  2. Supply 4 × 625-2RS1 bearings (inner Ø5 / outer Ø16 / width 5 mm), 4 × DIN 912 M5×20 mm fully threaded socket head screws (P0.8, head Ø ≤ 8.5 / height ≤ 5 mm, HS4), 4 × DIN 934 M5 nuts (8 across flats / 4 mm thick, P0.8), 1 × DIN 912 M3×12 mm fully threaded screw (P0.5, head Ø ≤ 5.5 / height ≤ 3 mm, HS2.5) and 1 × DIN 934 M3 nut (5.5 across flats / 2.4 mm thick, P0.5). These 14 are standard purchased parts, not printed models; all valid sizes use fixed specifications with no cutting.
  3. Supply one each of full HS4/HS2.5 L-keys separately: reference Wera 950 PKL BM 05027105001 (140 long / 25 short) and 05027103001 (112 long / 18 short); for initial assembly/maintenance, empty all bottles first and move the whole base onto an open flat surface; the clear height for taking bottles inside the cabinet day to day does not represent the working clearance for a full L-key. Use the long end on the outer M5; turn the short handle ±30° upward, then withdraw and reposition; do not rotate the handle under the flat surface. M3 long end at the top; place the nut in its support slot first, then insert the fixed axle.
  4. 20 mm of full thread under the head covers the 4 mm nut with 2.20 mm of tail left; do not use the thicker ISO 4032 nut. 12 mm under the M3 head covers the 2.4 mm nut with 1.10 mm of tail left; the screw head/nut interfaces do not scale with the model.
  5. Initial assembly: ① drop the four M5 nuts down to the flat bottom of the open-top U-slots; ② Seat the two spacers against the 625 inner races and lower the whole group between the ears; ③ Push a full M5 radially through the axle from outside and tighten with HS4; ④ Lay the M3 nut on its side on the central bed and push it in with the short end of an HS2.5 key (long handle up, flat of the short bar's cross-section up/down, center 0.4 mm above the nut center; the 3.2 mm service opening leaves 0.35 mm nominal clearance above and below — measure after printing); ⑤ Lower the empty cup tray along the printed guide posts onto the four bearings; ⑥ Place the retaining cap on top of the post shoulder and tighten the M3 from the top; the cap presses the post, not the moving tray. Hardware is not shown in the print preview; supply it to the listed specs and test-fit.
  6. Current manufacturing assembly envelope 240.0 × 264.0 × 54.0 mm, with the front tongue extending 24 mm beyond the tray rim; each cup is 60.80 clear in diameter with 24.0 cup walls and a 24.0 bottle base height; choose for closed bottles up to Ø60.0 × 120.0 mm measured. Not a branded container or for direct food contact.
  7. Day to day, store all closed bottles together; hold the fixed front tongue with one hand, push a low push ear a short way with one finger to turn it, then lift and reposition the finger; needs a full circle of clearance for the tray. Once the bottle turns to the front, grip the bottle body with two fingers above the tray rim, lift the base straight up to 56.0 mm, then move it forward; at least 188.0 mm of clear height under the cabinet top is used for this reference access and fingers; the front opening must also leave a real path for moving whole bottles out.
  8. Empty all bottles before maintenance; undo the M3 with HS2.5, remove the cap and lift the cup tray straight up, then undo the M5 and lift out the bearings/spacers/nuts; keep loose parts safe. 0.40 mm axial clearance at the cap only limits lifting off geometrically; it is not a transport lock; do not carry it by the tray with bottles or carry it upside down.
  9. The nominal bottle center track stays within the four-point support polygon; lower full-load resistance, reliable load-bearing, stable anti-tip or successful gripping are not guaranteed; check the actual load and friction before use.
  10. Print orientation and limits: base with Z up; supports are needed for the cross axle hole, side nut opening and the cup tray's lower roller band/low push ears; spacer manufacturing files lie along the assembly axis; turn the axis to Z and lay them flat in the slicer, checking the actual hole diameter and compression. The single cup tray is Ø240.0 mm, and the largest base part is about 204.0 × 246.0 mm; examples over 256 mm need a larger print bed; it is not claimed that every P1S can print them.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
