Forward pull travel with the pin / remaining support: 79.6 / 77.0 mm

A removable printed pin and a lug on the outer back of the drawer form a releasable stop, so the drawer cannot geometrically slide further forward. Adjust outer size, columns and opening travel to the workbench space; pin holes change together. Hold the cabinet and support the drawer when using it; pin retention, sliding and load-bearing need a test print.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. First push the drawer all the way in from the front, then insert the stop pin straight down from the cabinet top; the normal forward pull travel is 79.6 mm; it stops when the outer rear lug meets the pin. 0.4 mm single-side clearance in the pin holes; the pin head rests on the cabinet top, with no anti-inversion lock.
  2. The pins are printed; no metal screws needed. Before fully removing a drawer, support it and hold the cabinet, then pull the pin up; leave at least 18 mm above to pull the pin, and at least one cabinet width in front to take the drawer out fully.
  3. At the stop, 77.0 mm of the drawer bottom is still engaged; this is only geometric support, not a load or tip resistance rating. Hold the cabinet and support the drawer when it is pulled out.
  4. The closed fill clearance is not the same as finger reach. When partly open, take small items only from the exposed area; to take, refill or clean the back row, pull the pin and remove the whole drawer before working from above.
  5. Drawer bottom down; slicing the cabinet frame back down with the opening up is recommended; check supports for the top and pin hole bridges. Manufacturing files keep the assembly orientation; rotate them yourself when slicing. Check slicing before printing; before use, check the fit, pin retention, fatigue and load-bearing.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
