04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Maximum envelope of the inserted body section 24.4 × 21.4 mm; the sleeve is set to 26 × 23 mm clear width/depth; the body's bottom needs flat shoulders to rest on; fit is not inferred from brand or a curved bottom.
  2. The original straight plug's maximum envelope is 14 × 10 × 14 mm, with another 0.8 mm left in the central hole; connect the cables by hand first, then seat it straight down from the top; the weight rests on the shoulders on both sides, and a 4 mm cable drops through the back slot and exits along the rear opening.
  3. The cable's minimum bend radius is set to 6 mm (the original cable's requirements still apply); the shoulder top is 30 mm high, and the rear-open cavity under the deck can take a complete plug. The seat does not fix or auto-connect plugs and contains no circuits; not for side-entry/L-shaped plugs or unmeasured devices.
  4. 2 front accessory compartments for clean, dry capped accessories, loaded and lifted from the top; the plug lifts straight out with the body; unplug before maintenance. For flat, dry countertops; before use, check friction and load-bearing; anti-slip feet can be added.
  5. One-piece, no assembly hardware. Base on the plate; the shoulders form cross bridges, so check bridging/supports and how to remove them when slicing; support-free printing is not claimed. Before use, check actual stability, material, electrical fit and temperature rise.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
