Back row items cannot be taken through the half-open front: first grip the pin head, lift it 12 mm and remove it, then pull the full drawer all the way out in front of the frame and access each cell from above.

Stop travel / remaining support / pin pull: 113.1 / 49.1 / 12 mm

01 / SPECIFICATIONS

Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

Keep the same cabinet frame with upper and lower hole levels; remove the separate left and right bolted rails when empty, then change levels and inner parts. A rear stop lug works with a full pull-up stop pin: normal forward pulling is stopped, and with the pin removed the whole drawer moves to the front of the cabinet to reach back-row items. Default cream cabinet frame with terracotta inner parts; the existing color options switch to haze blue or warm yellow; each drawer has a real floor and shared row and column dividers. Brand module compatibility is not claimed; software geometry is not the same as load or real print verification.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Complete print list: 1 shared cabinet frame, 2 left rails, 2 right rails, 2 complete bottom divided drawers/trays and 2 complete stop pins, 9 printed parts in total; currently two shallow drawers. The cabinet frame always has both low and high hole decks, so it is not reprinted between modes of the same outer size. The modes belong to one use configuration.
  2. Full purchased BOM: 8 × M3×12 ISO 4762 socket head cap screws (head diameter ≤ 5.5 mm, height ≤ 3 mm) and 8 × DIN 934 M3 hex nuts (5.5 mm across flats, 2.4 mm thick). 2 sets per rail, 4 per level; metal parts are not included in the printed parts. Tools: 1 HS2.5 hex key and 1 × 4 mm flat screwdriver (tip thickness ≤ 1 mm, straight shank reaching 20 mm); lightly press the nut face from outside with a flat blade, back it fully out once it engages, then tighten with the hex key; the hex pockets limit rotation; test-print first to check retention. The 9 mm hole deck + 3 mm rail ridge is a fixed 12 mm engagement stack that does not scale with outer size or wall thickness; the nut seat is 1.2 to 3.6 mm from the outside, and the shank covers the 2.4 mm nut and extends 1.2 mm past the outer face; buy fully threaded screws with an incomplete thread at the end ≤ 1 mm; check actual thread engagement and strength before use, with the screw tip stopping at the cabinet's outer surface.
  3. Put the nuts into the empty frame from outside first, then push in the left and right rails from the front; rail bottom assembly heights are 8.0 and 68.5 mm. Screws go outward from the empty central compartment through the rail holes and frame holes, with the HS2.5 tool entering from the front opening and engaging sideways; for initial engagement, lightly press the nut face with a 4 mm flat blade from outside; once it catches, withdraw the blade and tighten, so the final screw tip does not hit the blade. After fitting the rails, push the complete drawer forward, then insert the stop pin from above. Never change rails under load.
  4. Each drawer cell is 69.1/156.2 mm clear wide/deep, with drawer edge clear heights of 54.1 and 62.1 mm; the open tray rim is 12 mm tall; items may stand above it but must clear the cabinet top; closed in the upper position, items up to 62.1 mm tall fit. Reference: one 36 × 24 × 18 mm packaged part per cell; no brand or external system fit is promised.
  5. Forward pull travel with the pin is 113.1 mm, with 49.1 mm of rail support remaining. The pin seat/lower ring is below the rear lug, and the upper stop pin blocks horizontal pulling out; this is not an anti-tip or anti-vibration lock. Pull up 12 mm to fully release the lug; a full drawer needs at least 187.2 mm of clearance in front; hold the cabinet and support the drawer.
  6. Back row items cannot be taken through the half-open front: first grip the pin head, lift it 12 mm and remove it, then pull the full drawer all the way out in front of the frame and access each cell from above. To change levels, move items, pull the pin, remove the drawer and the 4 screws on each level, slide the left and right rails out forward and refit at another hole level; the same nuts and standard screws are reused.
  7. The single-side allowance of the low seat well changes with the clearance; at maximum clearance the well side is about 1.8 mm at its thinnest; test-print to check first, and check strength. Slicing the frame back down is recommended, checking top plate/hole deck bridges; drawer bottoms on the bed; check supports for the rails and pin bosses; manufacturing parts are zeroed in Z; assembly positions are listed separately. Check slicing before printing; before use, check actual fit, nut pocket retention, load, fatigue, friction and tip resistance.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
