Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

A deep rectangular compartment holds the housing, and the enlarged upper opening takes the face frame while clearing the end pins. In an electronics spares drawer, store unwired rocker switches with the face frame on a shallow ledge and the pins hanging below; set by housing length and width and how far the front frame protrudes; fit is not inferred from brand.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. One-piece, no hardware. The face frame rests on the upper opening and the housing enters the lower well; first check there is allowance from the pins to the bottom; store only unpowered spare parts.
  2. Units are millimeters; matching parts use files generated in the same export. Set clearance by your items' maximum size and leave room to take them in and out.
  3. Check orientation and supports before printing, and test-print key mating parts first.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
