Twin-Support Monitor Top Divided Tray model preview, default size 200 × 110 × 80 mm, 1 part
1 partSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

For sorting light small items such as USB drives; do not judge load-bearing from the preview.

The front lip and rear feet only rest against the housing for location; do not force them on, clamp the screen or rely on bending to fit.

The monitor housing's effective width must be at least the 200 mm tray length, and the front lip must not touch the display, buttons or sensors.

01 / SPECIFICATIONS

Specifications

See the default structure and usable space.

The front lip stays clear of the active display area, the two ledges leave a central gap, and the rear brace is generated from screen thickness and back angle. Not suitable when the back is not a matchable straight profile, the bezel is narrow, or the contact points have vents; load-bearing and temperature rise await verification with real items.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. The fixed rear brace is generated for a 22 mm monitor housing top thickness and a back that flares out 15° from vertical going down; not a living hinge. Only for monitor housings whose two rear foot contact areas have the same straight back profile.
  2. The front lip reaches down 6 mm; the front bezel's effective non-display height must be at least 7 mm. The monitor housing's effective width must be at least the 200 mm tray length, and the front lip must not touch the display, buttons or sensors.
  3. Drop from above onto two 14 mm wide ledges; 8 mm gap from the top to the tray bottom, with 126 mm clear between the two ledges. First check that the vent holes are not covered by the ledges/rear feet; check actual heat dissipation before use.
  4. One-piece with no hardware; install empty first, and empty it before lifting it out whole. The front lip and rear feet only rest against the housing for location; do not force them on, clamp the screen or rely on bending to fit.
  5. For sorting light small items such as USB drives; do not judge load-bearing from the preview. Housing loads, scratches, tip resistance, long-term creep and temperature rise have not been measured; fit is not claimed for unknown curved backs, bumps or narrow bezels.
  6. For printing on its side, check print orientation and overhang supports; the model's outer height includes the rear brace; the main tray's usable clear height excludes the floor thickness.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
