Flat-bottomed shoulder wings at both ends rest on the ledges inside the case, so the box does not rely on items below. The outer length already includes the wing width; measure the case opening, shoulder width, top lid and lower clearance; compatibility cannot be judged by the case model alone.

Listed part dimensions are outer bounds; usable interior space is given in this model's specifications.

The ZIP contains the complete STL and STEP files, a size list and notes. Version 1.0.0 Use the complete set of files of the same version and size for matching parts. Preview colors are for reference only; STL files carry no color.

Ranges are set by this model's structure; each combination must pass the studio's structure checks; matching parts update with the parameters.

1. The printed outer length already includes the 10 mm shoulder wings at each end; box outer length 160 mm. For toolboxes measured to have continuous shoulders at both ends; fit with a particular brand is not claimed.
2. Recommended inner box opening at least 161.2 × 113.2 mm; the end shoulders support at least 5 mm under the wings. Check the actual opening; too large loses support.
3. 40.2 mm from the shoulder plane to the box bottom; another 2 mm is left under the box bottom, and the upper lid leaves at least 6.8 mm above the shoulders.
4. Put in and lift out straight from above. The front and rear finger notches are for pinching an empty or lightly loaded box; hold a full one from both ends; dividers are one piece with the box floor.
5. No assembly hardware needed; print base down; check local supports for the overhangs under the end shoulder wings when slicing. Before use, check the real fit, printed load-bearing and drop resistance.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
