Shoulder-Clamp Power Tool Battery Dock model preview, default size 130 × 104 × 24.4 mm, 3 parts
3 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.1

Measure the shoulder length, width, height and the upper inset on each side; the clip strip area must not cover terminals, vents or the release button; no brand or Ah compatibility is promised.

The flat base frame supports the housing, and the left and right clip strips capture the shoulders with manufacturing clearance. To take out the battery, back out four screws and the clip strips. Not universal for unknown brands; not suitable if vents, terminals or the release button are within the clamp area; not a substitute for secure transport fixing.

  1. Only suits measured housings with a flat bottom and protruding shoulders on both sides. Measure the shoulder length, width, height and the upper inset on each side; the clip strip area must not cover terminals, vents or the release button; no brand or Ah compatibility is promised.
  2. First fit 4 M3 nuts (AF ≤ 5.5 mm, height ≤ 2.4 mm) from below, seat the battery on top, then place the left and right clip strips; fit 4 M3×20 screws from above (head Ø ≤ 6.2 mm, height ≤ 3 mm). A thin tool holds the nut from between the feet, with the tail end not past the feet.
  3. The clip strips have 0.4 mm design clearance to the shoulder tops and 0.6 mm per side at the top; held by geometric capture rather than compressing the battery. To take out the battery, back out 4 screws and lift the two clip strips; the battery's own button does not release this frame.
  4. Static storage only; no electrical contacts, charging, magnets or external system interfaces. Print parts flat; slice-check the nut cavities, posts and counterbores; before use, check heat resistance, clip strip strength, drop/transport retention and the actual fit.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
