04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 1 complete printed part; no axles, screws or glue needed. Only for light claw clips that have shoulders on both sides when closed; no spring-open clamp holder is required.
  2. 3 separate claw clip positions, each 76 mm clear width across; recommended maximum clip length 72 mm; the teeth should not protrude more than 55 mm downward.
  3. Clear distance between the two shoulders 26 mm, each shoulder 8 mm wide; the teeth envelope should be under 24 mm, and the clip body needs at least 4 mm of real support on each side. Measure the whole claw clip first; curved clips or clips without shoulders do not fit.
  4. The rear usable depth is 91 mm, and the front hair tie compartment is 40 mm clear deep. The front compartment is only for dry small items; the space under the shoulder is not an extra compartment.
  5. The clip teeth drop vertically into the central slit from the top, and the shoulders catch the clip body; pinch the clip handle that stands above the shoulder and lift it away; neighboring positions stay in place. Needs a grip part at least 20 mm above the shoulder and clearance above.
  6. Print flat base down; all shoulders are supported by ribs reaching the floor. Before use, check slicing, a test print, the fit of your specific claw clips and tip resistance; no elastic lock; do not carry the box by the clips.
  7. Default coral orange, with sage green, cream or misty pink options; all colors use the existing preview panel.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
