Twin-Comb Chopping Board Drying Rack model preview, default size 220 × 140 × 85 mm, 2 parts
2 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

Chopping boards insert and lift out vertically from above; leave the full board height above; do not cut food or place hot plates on the rack.

Based on real community feedback that wrong board thickness made boards not fit or lean, it is designed with two spanning supports and two slots with separate thicknesses. Boards go in and out from the top and the water tray pulls forward, suited to returning separate raw and cooked boards. Measure board length, board thickness and cabinet clearance first; do not judge compatibility from pictures.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 2 complete printed parts in total: 1 twin-comb support frame and 1 front pull-out drip tray. No screws, axles, glue or required purchases. Both parts use the same set of parameters.
  2. The two slots are for flat chopping boards measured at 10/20 mm thick, each 0.8 mm wider clear; boards run left to right; recommended board length 162.0–203.3 mm; boards beyond the drip area cannot be promised to have all drips caught.
  3. The two supports are 140 mm apart, the slot bottom is 22.7 mm high and the side limit depth is 62.3 mm. Chopping boards insert and lift out vertically from above; leave the full board height above; do not cut food or place hot plates on the rack.
  4. The drip tray pushes in horizontally from the front and locates on the rear wall; 0.35 mm clearance on each of the four sides; the tray top is 0.7 mm below the support bridge. The effective water depth under the front notch is 7.0 mm; empty it promptly; the tray pulls out without moving the boards; take the boards off before removing the rack to wash.
  5. Except for the two supports, the area under the boards is open to the drip tray; water at the contact bridges runs out of the open left and right sides of the slots. Only for a little dripping after draining; check leak resistance, drainage speed and hygiene before use.
  6. Empty rack length, width and height exclude the chopping boards. Check slicing and test-print before printing; before use, check load-bearing, tip resistance and long-term creep; thick heavy boards and tall boards need testing with the real items.
  7. Drip tray bottom down; with the frame base down, the high front beam/comb bridge needs a support check, and supports must be cleared from the cavity below; support-free printing is not promised.
  8. Color options: cream frame with sage tray, light sand frame with lake blue tray, or cream frame with misty purple tray.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
