Movable Two-Leg Divider Lid Rack model preview, default size 240 × 170 × 110 mm, 5 parts
5 partsSTL + STEPMillimetersVersion 1.0.0

Only for dry, light rectangular food container lids; not for hot pot lids or heavy glass lids.

Food container lids scatter easily, and fixed slot spacing can hardly suit both tabs and thick rims. Original design with two support rails with blind holes and cross-linked two-legged dividers; switch to another set of holes to adjust the zones; both legs locate together, reducing single-post rotation. Before printing, measure the raised edges of complete lid plates and the lid removal height above the cabinet; the initial setup is only for dry light lids.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 5 printed parts in total: 1 closed-bottom twin-rail tray and 4 two-legged dividers; no required purchases, screws or glue. Use the same set of parameters for the whole set.
  2. Starts with 3 slots, 22 mm clear each; the recommended full lid thickness is up to 20 mm (including tabs and raised edges); full lid width 114–160 mm. Only for dry, light rectangular food container lids; not for hot pot lids or heavy glass lids.
  3. The lid plates' lower edges rest on a continuous edge band outside the twin rail holes, 15 mm tall; rails are 94 mm apart, each edge band at least 3 mm wide; repositioning holes do not count as support area. Items must stand at least 25 mm above the dividers for pinching, with extra space above in the cabinet for lifting off the whole lid. Check sizes against the maximum protrusion envelope; brand fit is not guaranteed.
  4. With the tray empty, line up both legs of each divider with a pair of holes and insert vertically, with the shoulders resting on the rail tops. 0.4 mm clearance per side, 9.5 mm insertion, 0.5 mm left at the hole bottom; no snap lock. Once the lids are out, pull the dividers straight up to clean; do not carry the whole tray by a divider.
  5. 16 holes per rail, 14 mm between hole centers; initially, adjacent dividers span 2 steps. Empty-tray dividers can move to other matching hole pairs; after moving dividers, check clear distances against the actual neighboring shoulder faces; the initial slot spacing no longer applies. Extra holes are for adjusting positions and do not add storage capacity.
  6. Place or remove lids one at a time from above, holding the tray. The base tray has no drainage; store only dry items; clear residue from the blind holes before use; if the fit is too tight, print a clearance test piece first and do not hammer it in.
  7. Base tray flat base down; the dividers print separately and can lie on their side in the slicer; recheck contact faces and supports. When standing upright, the crossbar spanning the feet needs a support check; support-free printing is not promised. Check slicing and test-print before printing; before use, check load-bearing, tip resistance, long-term creep and the actual fit.
  8. Default lake green tray with cream dividers; options include a light sand tray with haze blue dividers, or a cream tray with coral dividers. Preview colors do not change the manufacturing files.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
