Separate domed posts hold the bag's four corners open; adjust spacing to the bag's clear width and depth, with the bag mouth hanging above the tray for airflow. All posts are generated from the parameters; printed press-fit only, used lying flat.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Complete printed parts: 1 drip base tray and 4 domed posts, 5 in total; no axles, glue or hardware to buy.
  2. Each bag's clear inner width and depth at least 94 × 64 mm; open the bag mouth and measure it first; do not use only the bag's flat width. Each position may take up the total outer width of 166 mm and 130 mm front to back; bags must not intrude into neighboring positions.
  3. The effective height from post top to tray rim is 169 mm; keep the bag's inner length at or below 149 mm so the bag mouth is at least 20 mm from the rim; longer bags need more height and a stability check.
  4. 0.4 mm single-side clearance in the post holes, 21 mm insertion, posts supported at the hole bottom; insert each post vertically all the way down, then pull the bag mouth down over the four posts with the bag bottom touching the domes.
  5. Lift bags out first, then remove posts one by one to clean the drip tray; pour out water in the tray promptly. The joints do not lock; carry it by the base tray and avoid wind or bumps.
  6. Print the base tray flat on its base with the posts upright. Before use, check slicing, a test print, the fit of your specific bags, moisture resistance, leak resistance, hygiene and drying efficiency; use a material suitable for cleaning; do not take a filament name as food contact certification.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
