04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Print the one-piece basket with its flat base down. Compartments share dividers; allow for rounded corners when checking usable space.
  2. Insert and remove items from above, leaving handling clearance within the actual usable space. Use an inner pouch for items smaller than the windows; do not hold liquids or food directly.
  3. All custom parts are included in the download; no purchased hardware is required. Preview colors are for display only; the STL/STEP manufacturing files contain no colors.
  4. Not yet sliced or physically test-printed. Check overhangs, supports, and actual fit before printing; no support-free, load-bearing, sealing, or food-contact safety claim is made.
  5. Rounded edges are part of the manufacturing geometry and change with the style parameters. Allow for curved corners when checking usable space; use the generated model for actual external dimensions.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
