Set the bottom level and number of shelves by item height so tall items are not blocked by fixed level spacing; the divided base box pulls out, and the shelf slides forward. The door pin size changes separately; do not scale the whole package. No latch or seal; load, opening fit and tip resistance await a test print.

04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. First place the front door's middle knuckle between the cabinet's upper and lower knuckles, then insert the headed pin from above; once the door swings 90° forward to the left, the shelves and base box pull straight out from the front.
  2. Shelves slide into paired upper and lower rails all the way in, and the base box sits directly on the cabinet floor; number of shelves and bottom level clear height are adjustable, with the axle diameter set separately. No hardware to buy; 0.4 mm radial clearance between pins and holes.
  3. Leave at least 160 mm in front of the door for it to swing, and room on the left for the hinge's outer edge; leave 180 mm above for pulling the pin. Hold the cabinet when taking items, and empty it before removing shelves.
  4. The door has no latch or seal, and the finger hole goes all the way through; keep upright for light small desk items; remove loose items before moving. Do not scale the whole package instead of setting parameters.
  5. Slice the cabinet shell back down, the door flat, and the shelves and box bottoms down; check pin orientation and strength separately. Test-print to check print tolerances, stability and load-bearing first.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
