04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. One printed part. The upper retention slots extend to the top opening; the lower slots extend to the bottom.
  2. The grip ribs form one part with the sleeve and sit between the upper and lower retention slots. Their grip has not been physically tested.
  3. Adjust to the measured can dimensions. Test-print a lower retention sample first to check insertion, removal, recovery and grip.
  4. The retention fingers rely on material flex and friction. This model has not been physically printed, and retention, complete can changes and durability have not been tested.
  5. The default starts with example dimensions for a standard 12 oz can; other can shapes are not guaranteed to fit. Avoid damaging cans.
  6. No additional hardware is required. Not intended for direct food contact; airtightness and insulation have not been verified.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
