04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. One-piece tray; print with the flat base down. No pins, lid or purchased parts.
  2. Lay tools from the shared start, against individual end stops. First-channel length and increment determine each usable length. The finger recess follows the first channel; diameter allowance is diametral.
  3. Tray height excludes tools. Check drawer clearance against the loaded height. Open channels do not lock tools and are not suitable for inverted transport.
  4. Software checks cover the declared samples and functional variations. Slicing, test printing and load testing have not been performed. Preview colors are not included in STL/STEP.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
