04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Requires two 3.5×16 mm pan-head wood screws, head diameter no greater than 7 mm, for suitable wooden backboards at least 18 mm thick. Wall substrates require their own appropriate anchors.
  2. One printed rack with no custom purchased axles or links. Orient the outer backplate face down and check support around holes. Install both screws before loading bits.
  3. Insert and remove drill bits vertically; sockets are closed at the bottom. Leave removal space above the bits. Screw holes sit above the rack; remove all tools before installation.
  4. Software checks cover the declared samples and functional variations. Slicing, test printing and load testing have not been performed. Preview colors are not included in STL/STEP.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
