04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Two printed parts: print the base flat and turn the hood upside down onto its closed top. Lower the hood vertically over the base until its rim reaches the shoulder.
Measure maximum diameter and full length of each tool. The length range reserves at least 8 mm of grip and 1 mm overhead; tools shorter than the insertion depth cannot be retrieved.
The hood is a loose-fitting dust cover without a latch; it is not transport-secure or sealed. Support the base when moving it.
Software checks cover the declared samples and functional variations. Slicing, test printing and load testing have not been performed. Preview colors are not included in STL/STEP.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
