04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

Nine printed parts: 1 tray, 1 haunted house backboard, 6 arched window inserts and 1 attic window insert.
Insert the 7 windows from behind the backboard, seat their flanges against the rear face, and secure them with a small amount of model adhesive compatible with the filament.
Then insert both backboard tabs downward into the tray's blind slots until their shoulders rest on the ledges. Lift the backboard vertically to remove it.
Print the tray base down. Arrange the backboard and windows separately and choose their orientation and supports from slicer results.
Colors are for preview only; STL files contain no colors. Slicing, physical assembly and children's toy safety have not been validated.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
