04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. 1 complete printed part: crescent backboard, bat, phone support and front compartments form one solid, with no purchased parts.
  2. The clear gap normal to the phone slot is the phone thickness including its case plus 1 mm, currently 13.0 mm; the backward tilt is fixed at 10°.
  3. Set the slot width using the phone thickness including its case; check phone width, camera protrusion and side-button positions before use.
  4. The front compartment count changes actual dividers; the curved tray narrows at both ends.
  5. STL/STEP files are uncolored; check supports beneath the bat wings. Slicing and physical support of a phone have not been verified.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
