04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. The carrier and every insert rail are included. No magnets, screws or glue are required; print each part with its flat base down.
  2. Lift each rail vertically from its own compartment. An 8 mm exposed section provides a grip. Enter the hex width across flats; the allowance is added to that dimension.
  3. Use measured hex-shank bits at least 8 mm longer than the socket depth. Loose-fit sockets do not lock bits; the caddy is not for inverted transport.
  4. Software checks cover the declared samples and functional variations. Slicing, test printing and load testing have not been performed. Preview colors are not included in STL/STEP.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
