04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY

Printing and assembly

Check slicing and fit after downloading.

  1. Two printed parts: skull jar and knobbed lid. No purchased parts are required.
  2. Lift the lid vertically; the locating ring engages by 5.00 mm, with 0.45 mm clearance per side.
  3. The cavity follows the cheek and jaw contours, with local backing behind the eye and nose recesses; floor and base wall thickness follow the thickness setting.
  4. The inner wall follows the face and jaw contours. Opening clearances do not mean a rectangular object of the same size fits throughout the compartment.
  5. For individually wrapped candy or small desk items only; not intended for direct food contact, sealing or use as a toy.
  6. Preview colors are for display only; STL/STEP contain uncolored manufacturing geometry.
  7. Software dimensional and structural checks do not replace slicing and physical test fitting; check overhangs and supports before printing.

Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
