04 / PRINT & ASSEMBLY
Printing and assembly
Check slicing and fit after downloading.
- Two printed parts: a book-shaped body with its curved spine and page lines, and a lift-off cover with all scrollwork, moon, star and bat details. No purchased hardware.
- The overall book length scales the complete shape proportionally; wall thickness, floor thickness, compartment layout and lid skirt are regenerated independently.
- Lift the cover vertically. Its locating skirt follows the current cavity and per-side clearance; this is not a hinged cover or a latch.
- One to four compartments organize earrings, hair clips, notes and individually wrapped candy. The center share is adjustable in the three-compartment layout.
- Place the box base down. Choose the orientation and supports for the fine book-cover relief and locating rim according to slicer results.
- The preview retains the dark purple book, purple scrollwork, gold moon, green stars and cream page edges. Downloaded STL files contain no colors.
Import into your slicer in millimeters and check build volume, orientation and supports for each part. Test-print lids, drawers and connectors first, and print the full set once the fit is confirmed.
